4+ years’ experience creating compelling brand identities, comms and campaigns. If you’ve not got 4 year’s experience but can demonstrate a strong portfolio working across print and digital project, we would welcome your application.

In this role, you will:

• Play an active (and pro-active role) within the studio, upholding our creative standards at all times
• Support the senior creatives ensuring that any design work fully meets the brief and delights our clients
• Take the creative lead on agreed projects, working closely with Strategy and Client Services
• Manage and oversee any work commissioned with external partners, eg photography
• Demonstrate immaculate attention to detail at all times
• Spot and work alongside colleagues to act on new business opportunities with new and existing clients
• Presenting work in a professional, compelling and persuasive way
• Support new business activities and agency marketing activities when needed

Required experience and skills:

• Demonstrable experience working across a range of branding, internal comms, campaigns and digital projects
• Developing your own ideas based on an agreed creative brief, or supporting more senior creatives to bring their ideas to life
• Commissioning and managing external resources where required
• Collaborating effectively with strategic and client service teams, an experience of engaging with client teams is preferable

Additional information:

• Salary: £24-28K according to experience
• We are flexible in terms of your location in the UK, though some regular presence in the central Manchester will be required. To note, most of our team work 2 days in the studio, 3 days at home per week.
